What happens to my data when I delete my account?

Some select account information will be retained for six years to meet audit and compliance requirements. All other user private data will be permanently deleted.

How can I delete my data or my entire account?

You have two options for deletion:

  • To delete specific account information:

    1. Go to Accounts.
    2. Select the specific account you wish to remove.
    3. Follow the prompts to delete that account.

  • To delete your overall account:

    1. Go to Preferences.
    2. Select Update Account.
    3. Choose the Delete Account
